What you are responsible for:
- Sell & promote property & casualty (Auto, Home, Commercial) insurance, follow proper underwriting guidelines to achieve profitable growth of the Agency.
- Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
- Prospect, cross sell and provide referrals for other products.
- Provide client services, build & maintain client relationship.
- Meet work performance requirements and achieve personal sales & client service goals.

To Join our team:
- General Insurance License (other than life) required, or be able to obtain in 2 months.
- 1-2 year insurance sales or other sales experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English required, Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese required.
- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
- College diploma or university degree in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle is an asset.
- Life license (LLQP) or Mutual fund license preferred.
